Status of Order

We strive to promptly notify you of all the main stages of processing your order:

  • You should receive such confirmation immediately after you place the order and make a payment.

 

  1. Processing your order. Oratorbook.com Company (Moscow, Russia) will send you the confirmation that your order is being processed (i.e. packing your book and handing it over to either a courier or postal service). At this stage of the process, Oratorbook.com Company (Moscow, Russia) can request the missing information needed for the delivery of your order (in case such information has not been submitted at the moment of the order placement).
  • You should receive such confirmation within 1-3 working days after the placement of your order.

 

  1. Shipment of your order. Oratorbook.com Company (Moscow, Russia) will send you confirmation that your order has been shipped and will give you the approximate date of the delivery.
  • You should receive such confirmation within 2-5 working days upon the placement of your order.

 

  1. Confirmation of the receipt. 2Checkout.com, Inc. (Ohio, USA) will contact you to confirm that you have received your order and do not have any complaints. Only then is the payment transferred to the account of Oratorbook.com Company (Moscow, Russia).
  • You will be contacted by a representative of 2Checkout.com, Inc. (Ohio, USA) within 2-10 days after the placement of your order. This stage is not always a part of order processing, since such checks are carried out by 2Checkout.com, Inc. (Ohio, USA) randomly.
